Hi Work Wives, this is Annie.

I've been trying to convince my manager since the beginning of last year that I need an associate to help me manage a giant database that's the majority of my job.

It's a lot of nitty gritty detail stuff and I just don't have the time for it, because I'm managing the data and the users, plus the administration of it all.

They did bring on another team member for about six months, but she was on my level and she didn't report to me. She was incredibly helpful, but she moved to a different position in a different department, and now I'm stuck managing the whole thing on my own again, and I still need help.

How do I ask for help again?
