Hey, Work Wives. It's Emily from Fort Wayne, Indiana. I, I've just been noticing over the last several years that every fall brings massive layoffs and I, I think I'm good at my job. I don't see any big red flags, you know what I mean? I don't think that I'm going to be laid off, but I just, I don't know. Is there anything I can pay attention to to help me be, to help me avoid being part of the layoff or, like, how to handle it better, or how to get ahead of it, or you know, like how to see it coming? I don't know. Like can you help me understand a little bit more about how a layoff might happen?
