Hey, Work Wives. It's Melissa. I'm from outside of Minneapolis. So I gotta know, what would you do if a VP from another department put a meeting on your calendar? Just for a little bit of context, I'm starting up a large cross-functional initiative within the next six or so months, and I've already had some meetings about it with some of his team members, so everything's on track, but I'm wondering how I should prepare for this meeting. It seems a little bit out of the blue for me.
