Episode 94 | Let Me Help You Out with That Real Quick — Psych!

Question

Hi Work Wives, at what point is enough enough? I'm Anna Marie from Omaha, Nebraska, and I was terminated at the end of October. And when I say "terminated," I mean I was pushed out of the company and they even tried to deny my unemployment.

Since then, people at the company have been asking for passwords and access codes. I had agreed to help one of my coworkers for a few days after my termination, because he's great, and it would have left him in a bad position. So I helped him and that's been over obviously. But people in the company have been getting him to call or text me for passwords, or see if I received access code so they can get into things. Now, I gave them everything they should have needed before I ended my last day, but here we are, it's been almost 10 months later, and out of the blue, I got another access code request for an Apple thing and a text asking for it. Thoughts, please! Thank you.

Summary

Picture this: it’s been ten months since you were terminated, and the company is still asking you for passwords and access codes. Do you help them out? Charge for your time? Let it burn?
