Hi Work Wives, it's Marion from San Diego, and I have a question for you. I'm curious because I've heard you mention in a couple of podcast episodes now that it's a bad idea to use that LinkedIn banner that says, "open to work" on your LinkedIn profile picture, but I don't think I've ever heard you explain why you feel that way. So I am curious if you could address that in one of your upcoming episodes and let us know why we should or should not be using this banner on our profiles. Thanks.
