Hi Work Wives, this is Allie. I have a culture fit interview tomorrow with a small org that I really like (I’d be the 6th team member). I’ve never had a culture fit interview before so I have no clue what to expect. Is there any way to prep for it? I have the “why I want to work here” and linking it to their mission, but otherwise I have no clue! They already told me I’m fully qualified for the role, so it won’t be role-specific questions (I’d assume??). Thanks in advance!
