βHey, Work Wives, it's Deanna from Virginia Beach, Virginia. My question is about cross-functional partners. I'm having kind of a hard time getting them to do what I want. And maybe this question is more for Vanessa than Holland. I'm wondering if there's any, you know, ways that you can get people to do something. Anything would be helpful at this point, because I just can't... I mean, I can't seem to get anything done. And honestly, I'm a little bit concerned I'm going to lose my job over this. But I literally am not the one executing on this. So anything you could do to help, that'd be great
