Hey, Work Wives, this is Ellen from Denver, Colorado, and I think I know what you're going to tell me, but I'm going to ask it anyway. What do I do about having friends at work? I really, like, only talk to the people at work, and I think I'm friends with some of them, but I'm trying to, like, be better friends with them, and it's not happening. I don't know if it's supposed to happen organically or like, uh, well just, you know, basically like, how do you take your friendship from inside the workplace to outside the workplace? And is that a thing I should be doing?
