Hey, Work Wives! It's Liz from Brooklyn! Okay, but for real, I am so frustrated. I have a direct report who just keeps making me do her job. So, I'll send her out on a project, and within a day, she's back in my office expecting me to make base-level decisions for her. She's smart and talented, so I really did not think this would be a problem, but I feel like I'm having to hold her hand all the time through pretty much all basic functions on her job. Send help.
