Hi Work Wives! It’s Maggie from Cincinnati. How do I ask someone at work to be my mentor? I feel like all of the jobs I’ve had previously, I’ve let people come to me and the bond just develops naturally into a mentor-mentee relationship. I’m in a very male-dominated field now, and I’m kind of lost on whether I should let it happen naturally or be a little bit up front and ask women in the office that I look up to. Thanks a lot!
