Hey Work Wives. It's Emily from Pleasant Grove, Utah. I have a manager who is basically my work bestie, and I love her to no end. My loyalty lies with her and not the company I work for, but the company I'm at isn't going to be able to get me to where I wanna go. How do I let her know that I'm leaving the company, not her, and how do I do it without leaving her in a total bind at a company that I don't trust to take care of her.
